Fellowship-trained clinicians with over 50 years of combined experience at leading pediatric hospitals - now providing comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations, therapy, and behavioral medicine for children, teens, and young adults in the Puget Sound area and greater Puget Sound.
Children’s Behavioral Medicine Collaborative was founded by pediatric psychologists and neuropsychologists who spent decades at Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital, Seattle Children’s Hospital, and other leading pediatric institutions. We brought that depth of clinical training into a community practice because families deserve thorough evaluation, clear answers, and a team that stays with them beyond the report.
Our clinicians hold fellowship training in pediatric neuropsychology and pediatric psychology – the highest level of specialized postdoctoral education in our field. That training shapes everything we do, from the way we conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations to how we design therapy and skills groups for children navigating ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, and complex medical conditions.
To help children understand their strengths, overcome challenges, and feel confident in the world around them.
A community where every child receives the comprehensive assessment and support they need to succeed.
The principles behind every evaluation, therapy session, and recommendation we make.

We are fellowship-trained across the country's top pediatric hospitals and committed to evidence-based assessment and treatment. Every assessment tool we use, every diagnosis we make, and every recommendation we write is grounded in current research and refined by decades of hands-on experience with children. We bring both deep expertise and genuine warmth - without compromising clinical rigor.

You spend more time with your child than anyone else. Your observations, your concerns, and your instincts matter deeply to us. We listen first, then build our clinical picture around what you already know. You're the expert on your child - we're your partner.

We start from a place of appreciation - looking at what makes your child special, what they're good at, and what brings them joy. Challenges matter, but so does recognizing the gifts, abilities, and personality traits that define who your child is. This strengths-based perspective guides not only how we assess children, but how we communicate results and write recommendations.

We look at how your child functions across school, home, and social settings to develop a complete picture of their needs and strengths. We don't just administer tests - we get to know who they are. This thorough approach is what allows us to make accurate diagnoses and write recommendations that work in your child's real life.

We translate complex neuropsychological findings into clear language families can understand and act on. You receive detailed reports, specific recommendations for school accommodations and home strategies, and answers to your questions at every step - never jargon without explanation.

We work collaboratively with families, schools, and physicians. We attend IEP meetings, talk directly with your child's teachers and doctors, provide detailed written reports, and answer your questions along the way. This isn't a service you use once and move on from - it's a collaborative relationship focused on your child's long-term success.
We offer a comprehensive range of services to address the developmental, behavioral, and emotional concerns that affect children and adolescents. From detailed neuropsychological evaluations to individual psychotherapy, skills groups, and school consultation, we provide assessment and treatment across the full spectrum of childhood concerns.
All ServicesOur psychologists and neuropsychologists bring fellowship-level training, decades of hospital experience, and a genuine commitment to every child and family we work with.
No. Families can contact us directly to schedule. Some insurance plans may require a referral for out-of-network reimbursement, so we recommend checking with your provider if that applies to you.
We are not contracted with insurance companies and are private pay. We provide superbills that families can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Some insurance plans will approve a benefit exception that reimburses at the in-network rate. We are happy to answer any cost-related questions during your initial call.
We focus heavily on warmth, a strengths-based approach, and a judgment-free space. To make visits even less stressful, we also have Bella, our resident office dog, who is always ready to offer snuggles and boost morale.
We bring elite, hospital-grade clinical rigor into a warm community setting. Unlike large institutions where you might just receive a report and be sent on your way, we provide ongoing, long-term support and practical guidance for your family.
